Quality Dining, Inc. is a NASDAQ-traded (QDIN) corporation based in Mishawaka, Indiana. Quality Dining is a franchisee of Burger King and Chili's Grill & Bar restaurants as well as owners/operators of a number of other restaurants, including Spageddies and Papa Vino's. Quality Dining's operations stretch across 15 states in over 190 locations. BMR has represented Quality Dining in a variety of commercial and employment cases litigated in State and Federal Court.

Richmond Master Distributors

Richmond Master Distributors is a privately owned wholesale distribution company headquartered in South Bend. Richmond Master and its affiliated businesses, including Low Bob's Discount Tobacco stores, operate throughout the Midwest. BMR has represented Richmond Master and its affiliated companies in a variety of commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including employment and trademark litigation.

Senergy, LLC

Senergy, LLC is a part of Degussa (DGXG) AG's construction chemical division. Senergy is North America's leading supplier of EIFS and stucco materials. BMR has represented Senergy in product liability mold litigation claims filed in state court.

SIG Pack Services, Inc./SIG Pack Systems, AG

SIG Pack Services and SIG Pack Systems are part of SIG Holding AG (Swiss Stock Exchange: SIG), a worldwide producer of industrial packaging machinery. BMR has represented the SIG companies in the U.S. District Court in South Bend, Indiana.

Trans Tech, LP

Trans Tech, LP, provides specialized contracting services for electrical and transportation construction and is part of the Quanta Services (NASDAQ: PWR) network. BMR has represented Trans Tech in several litigated matters in Indiana state courts, including the complex litigation surrounding the construction of the Notre Dame Football Stadium.
